Sabtu ini giliran saya jadi worship leader (WL) di youth service di gereja saya. Intermezzo dikit, saya belum lama jadi WL sih (baru dua bulan), dan jujur aja saya sempat nggak nyangka bakal dipercaya untuk jadi WL, karena… saya nggak bisa baca not. Serius, misal ada not angka terus saya disuruh menyanyikan nadanya, saya nggak bisa. Saya juga nggak bisa main alat musik satu pun, dan nggak ngerti tentang kunci. Bisanya cuma nembak nada dan nyanyi dengan nggak fals, hahaha. So it’s all solely by God’s grace :D Nah, di gereja saya di sini, ada google groups gitu buat tim praise and worshipnya. Biasanya, sekitar hari Selasa atau Rabu, WL yang bertugas bakal post lagu-lagu apa aja yang bakal dia bawain di hari Sabtu, lengkap dengan link youtube dan liriknya, biar tim PW-nya bisa latihan sendiri dulu sebelum latihan gabungan hari Sabtu siangnya. So happy! My favorite band of aaaaaaall time, Daughtry, is going to release their 3rd album this 21st of November! The album's title is Break the Spell! And they have launched two new singles from this new album: Renegade (will be play only in rock radios in U.S.) and Crawling Back to You. And, to make me happy even more (yay! Huehehe), Daughtry also contributed on the original soundtrack album of Batman Arkham City game, with a single titled Drown in You. Too bad that this single won't be in Break the Spell album :( Ah, nevermind, there will be LOTS of great songs in that album! :D Dunno why this new blogger setting couldn't show the video, but you can check the song here .
