Pindahan #2: Putus

Nggak, saya nggak putus. Lha mau putus sama siapa? Okay, selamat datang kembali di blog post series Pindahan! Buat yang belum baca part 1-nya, sila dibaca di sini ya, biar nggak bingung saya ngoceh tentang apa. Lanjuttt! Untuk pindahan kali ini, saya memutuskan nggak pakai jasa mover alias tukang jasa pindahan. Kenapa? Karena selain barang saya nggak banyak-banyak amat, pakai mover di sini juga lumayan mahal, bisa $70 - $100. Mending duitnya dipake buat beli baju baru . Nah, resiko nggak pakai mover adalah, saya harus mau pindahin barang saya sedikit demi sedikit dari rumah lama ke rumah baru. Rutinitas saya tiap pagi selama seminggu belakangan kira-kira begini: tiap pagi ke kantor bawa gembolan dua travel bag atau satu koper --> Dilihatin dan ditanyain sama orang-orang sekantor, "Wah, you're flying back home, ah?" --> I wish --> Kerja membanting tulang demi sepetak kamar sampai kira-kira jam 7 malam --> Gotong-gotong gembolan ke rumah baru. Beberapa hari yang lalu, saya lagi baca One Year Bible Plan, waktu roommate saya ingatin untuk bayar uang kost. FYI, we rent a unit of HDB (sebutan untuk rumah susun di Singapore) here, consists of three bedrooms, and one of those rooms has been vacant for a month. We’ve been trying our best in order to find a housemate, but still haven’t found one yet. Nah, berhubung saya dan roommate saya nyewa satu unit, konsekuensinya adalah kalau ada kamar yang kosong, kami yang harus nanggung pembayarannya. Haha, finding a housemate is frustating, and paying for a vacant room is even more! :p But then, we have no choice. Jadi, waktu roommate saya ingatin untuk bayar uang kost (karena memang udah waktunya bayar), I went downstair to withdraw money from ATM (di bawah rumah saya ada mesin ATM, lol!). Waktu habis ngambil uang, saya cek saldo, dan… langsung mengasihani diri sendiri, wkwk. Ironis sekali bagaimana sederet angka yang terpampang di monitor mesin ATM bisa mempengaruhi mood-mu, ya? :p N

Tahu grup 5566 *a.k.a double-five double-six , five-five six-six , or u-u-liu-liu * nggak? Itu lhoo… yang dulu pernah main serial drama Asia yang judulnya My MVP Valentine . Yang personelnya Tony Sun , Rio Peng, Zax Wang, Jason Hsu , sama Sam Wang. Nah, kemarin saya bongkar-bongkar kamar , dan… voila! Ketemu VCD karaoke lagu-lagu mereka! Terus iseng gitu kan nyetel di laptop, ehh... taunya masih bagus ! Dan hebringnya lagi, saya masih hafal kata-katanya! Tau deh pronounciationnya bener apa nggak, sudah dua tahun saya nggak menyentuh bahasa Mandarin sih Ahh... jadi kangen masa-masa nonton My MVP Valentine dulu.
